Responsibilities of Link2LinkBooster.

Link2LinkBooster are responsible for completing the amount of submissions/work that have been agreed with the client prior to the initiation of the project, subject to all client responsibilities being fulfilled. In the instance where payment is not made by the client, per our prior arrangement,Link2LinkBooster are not liable for completing submissions and/or work. Link2LinkBooster shall act in good faith and will, where reasonably possible, act to protect our clients business interests during the completion of work.

Responsibilities of Client.

The client must complete payment as agreed prior to the commencement of work. The client is fully liable for the work that Link2LinkBooster complete and for any loss that they believe they have incurred as a direct or indirect result of contracting with Link2LinkBooster. This includes, but it not limited to, loss of revenue, good will or anticipated profits. The client may not cancel their work after entering into a contract for a specific product or service offered by Link2LinkBooster. Link2LinkBooster may, as an act of good faith, allow customers to cancel their contract or get a full or partial refund at their sole discretion. Clients must act in good faith at all times.
